Polish Dinner with Hanna and Coen

For me, Poland means hospitality and taking the best possible care of your guests. It means warmth, cosiness, and a loving home. The heart of the house has always been the kitchen, where I would sit with my beloved to share food, stories, everyday problems, and happiness. A home without the smell of a tasty pie, hot soup, and a welcoming smile just isn't a real one. During dinner, participants will sample Polish cuisine in the comfort of our own home. In addition, it will be a great opportunity to meet locals and chat about Kraków and beyond. A true Polish meal must be delicious, large, and filling. We'll start with soup or an appetiser, continue with the main course, and finish with dessert. Coffee or tea with jam will be served at the end.

Pierogi workshop with Hanna

Pierogi classes will take place in the cosy interior of my house. We will chat about Kraków stories and tales while folding pierogi. Pierogi is the best-known Polish dish, and you can find it in almost every Polish restaurant around the city. But I believe that the ones made at home are the best ones. With all sorts of fillings, melted butter, and caramelised onion topping, they will just melt in your mouth.
